All sales are final on custom projects due to the nature of customization. Prior to any customization work being done, all projects must be paid in full. Any custom projects that require immediate turn around time may be subject to a rush fee.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all custom work is pre-approved before production begins. Any changes requested after production has started may result in additional fees.
