OUR STORY

Sew N Pressed Customs Inc. is a Holtsville, NY custom decoration shop founded in December 2023 by the Bellantoni family. Pat Bellantoni serves as President - a disabled Army veteran whose discipline shapes how the shop operates. Joseph Bellantoni is Vice President and runs production five days a week - the kind of guy who can rebuild a Roland UV printer, run a multi-head embroidery machine, and quote a 500-piece bulk job before lunch. Angela Bellantoni is Spirit Wear and Team Coordinator. An operating room nurse with a fashion background, Angela leads store design, customer relationships, and the trend-forward aesthetic that has become the shop's signature.

The shop's mission is straightforward: bring industrial-grade custom decoration to Long Island businesses, schools, sports teams, and fundraisers - without the corporate runaround, drop-shipping, or "we'll get back to you in 5-7 business days" delays that define so much of the industry.

Every order is produced in-house at the 2,700 sq ft Holtsville facility, which houses commercial DTF printers, multi-head embroidery machines, Roland UV flatbed printers, a three-laser engraving fleet (CO2 for wood and leather, fiber for metals, and a Feeltek 3D UV laser for curved and complex surfaces), four STAHLS Hotronix heat presses (two with ProPlace IQ projection alignment), and dedicated sticker production lines. The team produces every order personally - no outsourcing, no white-label fulfillment from overseas, no middleman.

Sew N Pressed Customs serves a deliberately broad customer base because the equipment can handle it: a 12-piece embroidered polo order for a local plumbing crew gets the same attention as a 5,000-piece custom apparel contract for a school district. The shop runs 65+ active spirit wear, team, and corporate stores across Long Island, processes bulk wholesale jobs nationwide, and ships to all 50 states.

Beyond production, Sew N Pressed Customs is certified by the National Veteran-Owned Business Association (NaVOBA) as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business - qualifying for SDVOSB set-aside contracts at the federal, state, and municipal level. The shop was featured in STAHLS' August 2025 Fulfill Engine case study, "How a Family Print Shop Scaled to 38 Online Stores and Doubled Sales."
