We're a real production shop. Every order leaves Holtsville from the same equipment, run by the same people, every day. Here's what's in the building.

DTF Printing

Industrial-grade DTF printers for sheet sizes up to 22" wide and unlimited length. Cotton-feel formula for performance polyester, plus standard formula for cotton and blends. True hot peel, 300°F, 8-10 second press at medium-firm pressure. Volume capacity: 200+ sheets per day.

Embroidery

Multi-head commercial embroidery machines with up to 15 needles per head — meaning we can run multi-color logos in a single pass without stopping for thread changes. Pantone-matched threads archived per account. Hooping and digitizing in-house.

UV DTF + UV Hard Surface

UV DTF for transferring vibrant prints to hard surfaces (drinkware, acrylics, wood, metal). UV flatbed for direct printing onto rigid items up to 2 feet across.

Laser Engraving + Cutting

CO2 laser system for engraving and cutting wood, acrylic, leather, slate, and select metals. Bed size accommodates large items. Used for custom drinkware, signage, gifts, and one-off pieces.

Screen Printing

Manual and automatic press capacity for runs of 50+ pieces. Best for high-volume single-color or limited-color jobs where DTF cost-per-piece would be too high.

Heat Press & Finishing

Multiple heat presses for production, sample testing, and customer pickup orders. Quality control on every piece before it ships.

Why this matters

Most "print shops" you find online are middlemen who outsource everything. We don't. Every piece is made here. That means tighter quality control, faster turnaround, and the ability to handle rush jobs other shops can't.
