What is DTF Printing?

DTF stands for direct-to-film. Unlike screen printing, which requires separate screens for each color, DTF prints your full-color design onto a special film, which is then coated with adhesive powder and heat-pressed directly onto the garment. Our DTF Printing Process

2. We print the transfer - Your design is printed in full color onto DTF film using premium inks, then coated with hot-melt adhesive powder.
3. Heat press application - The transfer is heat-pressed onto your garment at precise temperature and pressure for a permanent bond.
4. Quality inspection - Every piece is checked for color accuracy, adhesion, and finish before it leaves our shop.
5. Pickup or delivery - Local pickup at our Holtsville shop or fast shipping anywhere in the U.S.
